N&amp;euml; k&amp;euml;t&amp;euml; kontekst, &amp;euml;sht&amp;euml; vler&amp;euml;suar se k&amp;euml;to praktika nd&amp;euml;rkomb&amp;euml;tare ofrojn&amp;euml; njohuri t&amp;euml; vlefshme edhe p&amp;euml;r Shqip&amp;euml;rin&amp;euml;, e cila po kalon reforma gjith&amp;euml;p&amp;euml;rfshir&amp;euml;se t&amp;euml; qeverisjes si pjes&amp;euml; e procesit t&amp;euml; pranimit n&amp;euml; BE, duke kontribuar n&amp;euml; identifikimin e ekuilibrit optimal midis koordinimit t&amp;euml; centralizuar dhe mbik&amp;euml;qyrjes strategjike nga nj&amp;euml;ra an&amp;euml;, dhe delegimit efektiv dhe bashk&amp;euml;punimit nd&amp;euml;rministror nga ana tjet&amp;euml;r, duke rritur ndjesh&amp;euml;m koherenc&amp;euml;n e politikave, efikasitetin administrativ dhe efektivitetin e qeverisjes. Nga sa m&amp;euml; lart, raporti ka kryer edhe nj&amp;euml; vler&amp;euml;sim t&amp;euml; situat&amp;euml;s aktuale n&amp;euml; Shqip&amp;euml;ri, duke theksuar se struktura administrative mbetet shum&amp;euml; e centralizuar, me 26 autoritete dhe agjenci q&amp;euml; raportojn&amp;euml; drejtp&amp;euml;rdrejt te Zyra e Kryeministrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
